Refunds Post-Purchase

Once a purchase has been made and the evaluation credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. Customers have the opportunity to “try before you buy,” allowing them to fully experience and understand what to expect before completing their purchase. All sales are final.

Refunds Upon Completion of the Evaluation Program

If you successfully complete the FUNDEDSQUAD Evaluation and enter into a written agreement with us for the proprietary trading phase, you will receive a refund of the initial evaluation fee you paid when purchasing an FUNDEDSQUAD Evaluation through our website. This refund will be processed with your third successful profit split payment. The evaluation fee will not be refunded until you have received your third profit split.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is your responsibility to review and understand this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into your contract with us for the purchase of FUNDEDSQUAD Evaluations. By placing an order for any FUNDEDSQUAD Evaluation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy. Chargebacks

You expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback claims on payments made to FUNDEDSQUAD, whether by credit card or any other payment method, without first contacting us. In such cases, you agree to provide FUNDEDSQUAD with full details regarding the intended chargeback claim.

In the event of a chargeback claim, FUNDEDSQUAD reserves the right to suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts you may hold and suspend any profit split payments from such accounts. Additionally, FUNDEDSQUAD is entitled to recover any amounts paid to you in respect of any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts, including, but not limited to, profit split payments.

You also agree to cover all costs incurred by FUNDEDSQUAD in defending against chargeback claims, including legal fees, whether or not the chargeback claim is successful.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
